Our aerial drone services across Australia field CASA (Civil Aviation Safety Authority) RPA-certified pilots operating under OK'd ReOC (Remote Operator's Certificate) frameworks, with ACMA wireless licensing for video downlink and Airservices Australia planning for controlled airspace.

Here is what that looks like on the ground. Australia's drone regulatory environment is among the strictest in the Asia-Pacific. CASA's CASR Part 101 governs commercial RPA operations, no-fly zones cover all national parks unless special access is negotiated, and any flight over Aboriginal land needs Land Council consent — non-negotiable around Uluru, Kakadu, and Purnululu/Bungle Bungle (UNESCO 2003).

Here is how the picture comes together. Great Barrier Reef (UNESCO 1981) work is set up with GBRMPA, Shark Bay (UNESCO 1991) and Ningaloo Coast (UNESCO 2011) need DBCA permits in Western Australia, Tasmanian Wilderness (UNESCO 1982) flights are set up through Parks and Wildlife Tasmania, and Lord Howe Island (UNESCO 1982) needs Lord Howe Island Board approval.
